How my journey began.

I am an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse turned Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Throughout my career I also had the opportunity to be a Nursing Educator, School Nurse, Nursing Administrator and set up the Labor and Delivery unit of a brand new Hospital. I loved being a Labor and Delivery Nurse most of all.

While I was incredibly passionate about being there for women during one of the most exciting moments of their lives, life had a different plan for me. Following multiple surgeries, of which four were shoulder surgeries, a heart attack and two stents, I re-evaluated my life and my career path and decided to follow my passion for Healthy cooking, love of the outdoors and living a Vibrant Life by becoming an IIN Health Coach.

Had I never got sick, gained 40 lbs and struggled through so much pain and challenges in the past few years I may have never decided to follow my dreams and my greatest passion. I am still working on my self making life style changes, meanwhile I want to work with others. I love being a Health Coach and creating a ripple effect that eventually touches the world for the better.
