My Coaching Program

3 Month Intensive - Get Healthy Plan.

This program includes analysis and setting S.M.A.R.T. Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound) concentrating on Nutrition, Physical Activity, Hydration, Temperance, Rest, Relationships, Stress Management, Career, Spirituality, and any other personal goals.

12 weeks of support.

A 40 minute zoom coaching session every week, for 12 weeks. A midweek phone call as needed.

A total of twelve weeks of support, analysis, food prep ideas, tips on how to make a healthier version of your favorite recipes, follow up between sessions, handouts specific to your needs, help to reach the health goals that you set for yourself and much more. Let me motivate, encourage, and hold you accountable as I guide you through the process.

Feeling adventurous??? Having grown up in Sri Lanka, I love to teach healthy cooking with a Sri Lankan flair. Sri Lankan cuisine is exotic, delicious and highly nutritious when served and provides an irresistibly colorful plate. It can also be easily adapted into vegan meals.

I guide you virtually to cook a delicious healthy meal for the entire family from the comfort of your own kitchen.
